David Hoang has been doing permanent makeup for over 10 years. He started in Vietnam and attended La Comtessee Beauty Institute in 1999 in California. He has attended the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics where he has taken courses in More About Lips & Time Saving Tips, Paramedical Professionals & Protocols, Eyebrows, Fine Lines & Micro-Hairlines and Seeing is Believing from the Eye Experts. While attending the International Intradermal Cosmetic Expo in 2007, David won 1st place in the Advanced Permanent Makeup Competition.
